Sanne van Ruitenbeek specializes in employment law and advises and litigates in a wide variety of cases. She represents employers and private individuals in matters relating to collective and individual redundancies/dismissals, employee participation, employment contracts and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Sanne has a special focus on international employment law and expats. She started her career at a large international law firm.

In 2010 Sanne completed the post academic specialist course in employment law at the Grotius Academy. She regularly gives lectures and has published widely in the field of employment law.

Sanne is a member of the Netherlands Bar Association, the Netherlands Employment Law Association, the Netherlands Association of Employment Lawyers and the Amsterdam Association of Employment Lawyers.  Sanne is a former board member of the Young Bar Association in Amsterdam.

Besides her work for Pallas, Sanne works as a supervisor at the Amsterdam Legal Aid Foundation and as an Account Manager at Foundation LaLuz.
