Michelle Maaijen works as an attorney-at-law at Pallas Attorneys-at-Law.
She advises and litigates on behalf of national and international clients on a wide range of employment law matters, such as employment contracts, changes in terms and conditions of employment, individual- and collective dismissal, sickness and re-integration, employee representation or employee participation issues, reorganizations, non-competition clauses and equal treatment. Michelle has a special focus on International Employment law.
In addition, Michelle regularly publishes articles about various employment law topics.
Michelle is Board Member of the Young Bar Association of Amsterdam and represents young attorneys-at-law - within the court district of Amsterdam - in both the Netherlands and abroad.
Michelle is a member of the Dutch Bar Association (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten) and the Dutch Young Employment Lawyers Association (Vereniging Jonge Arbeidsrecht Advocaten: 'VJAA').
