Per 1 September 2021 attorney-at-law Maarten van Kempen will strengthen the professional team of Pallas Employment Lawyers.
Maarten is a very experienced lawyer, widely known as a strategic attorney-at-law, with extensive litigation experience. He is often involved in complex labor disputes and (international) governance and works council issues. Many works councils see Maarten as its trusted advisor for complex proceedings and issues.
Together with the other employment lawyers, Maarten will be responsible for the further professional development of Pallas Employment Lawyers, especially for the development of the Rotterdam office.
Before Maarten joined Pallas Employment Lawyers, he was employment law partner with DVAN Attorneys and HVG Law, with a focus on international employment law.
Maarten publishes on a variety of employment law topics and governance issues on a regular basis. His contributions can be found in various employment law journals and the Financieele Dagblad.
