Floor Hintzen works as a lawyer at Pallas Employment Lawyers.

Floor deals with various aspects of employment law, including individual dismissal and mass redundancy, changes to terms and conditions of employment, illness and reintegration.

Floor obtained a master’s degree in Employment Law at the University of Amsterdam in August 2020, after having completed a master’s degree in Private Law at the University of Utrecht in 2019.

Prior to joining Pallas Advocaten, Floor served various internships at several (international) law firms at the Employment Law department.

Floor also did a research internship at the Employment Law department of the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, Floor was member of the local board of an international association for law students and young lawyers (ELSA) which has more than 50.000 members worldwide. In addition, Floor stayed abroad for longer periods due to an exchange semester and an international internship. Consequently, Floor has an open and international mindset, as a result of which she likes to experience the international element reflected in her work.
