On May 14, 2025, Pallas Advocaten marked a special occasion: the 75th anniversary of the Dutch Works Councils Act (WOR). Together with many key stakeholders in the field, we celebrated this milestone at the WOR Fair in the Midden Nederland Hallen.
The day brought together an impressive group of professionals – from leading academics to the Chair of the Social and Economic Council (SER), and even the Minister of Social Affairs and Employment, who joined us via video message. A meaningful recognition of the importance of employee participation, both past and present.
Pallas Advocaten was prominently represented with a well-designed and well-visited stand. Throughout the day, we engaged with numerous visitors, shared insights, and hosted several workshops. The day concluded with a celebratory toast to a promising future – with a glass of prosecco, of course.
