Alain Camonier

Alain is specialised in transnational employment law, dismissal issues, international HRM issues, and the position of directors and supervisory directors under employment law.

Alain is a member of:

  • the Dutch Bar Association,
  • the Employment Law Association,
  • the International Bar Association (IBA),
  • the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).

Alain writes regularly on various subjects relating to employment law, and is co-author of Praktijkgids Arbeidsrecht (the Practical Guide to Employment Law), as well as a lecturer in International Employment Law at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

Alain Camonier registered the following areas of law in the register of disciplines of the Dutch Bar Association:
