Alain Camonier

Alain is specialised in transnational employment law, dismissal issues, international HRM issues, and the position of directors and supervisory directors under employment law.

Alain is a member of:

  • the Dutch Bar Association,
  • the Employment Law Association,
  • the International Bar Association (IBA),
  • the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).

Alain writes regularly on various subjects relating to employment law, is co-author of Praktijkgids Arbeidsrecht (the Practical Guide to Employment Law), has various board positions and is lecturor, amongst others lecturor in International Employment Law at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

Alain Camonier registered the following areas of law in the register of disciplines of the Dutch Bar Association:

This registration implies that ten continuing education credits must be obtained for every area of law registered, according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
