Floor Staubach

Floor Staubach is an attorney at Pallas Employment Lawyers, where she advises and litigates on the full range of employment law matters. She represents both national and international clients.

In addition, Floor has a particular focus on co-determination. She advises and assists employers and Works Councils on a broad spectrum of matters relating to employee participation and statutory co-determination rights.

Floor obtained her LL.M. in Employment Law from the University of Amsterdam. Prior to joining Pallas Employment Lawyers, she completed internships with several (international) law firms in the Employment & Pensions practice. She also completed a research internship with the Netherlands Labour Authority (Inspectie SZW). In 2019, Floor participated in an exchange programme at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where she studied Chinese law.
